Return Process

  Log into your Horizum account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the electronic item in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
